Terms of service

These terms describe use of the Excell Media USA website and Prometheus Agent, our internal business automation application. Contact: excellmediausa@gmail.com.

Website information and affiliate links

Our website provides information about affiliate media services and products. Content may change and does not guarantee product performance, earnings, availability, or results. Some links are affiliate links, and Excell Media USA may receive a commission when a qualifying purchase is made. Purchases from third-party merchants are governed by their terms and policies.

Authorized automation

Prometheus Agent is intended for internal use by Excell Media USA and account owners who authorize its workflows. It is not a public account-registration service. Connect only accounts you own or have permission to manage. Google permissions may support reading and organizing email, preparing or sending authorized correspondence, and reading or updating Drive files and spreadsheets for business tracking and reconciliation.

Account owners are responsible for the workflows they authorize and for reviewing information before relying on automated outputs. Automated results may contain errors. Do not use the application for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, or unsolicited bulk messaging.

Privacy and account access

Our privacy policy explains Google-data use and processing. You may revoke the application's access in your Google Account connections. Revocation stops future access but does not itself remove existing business records; contact us for deletion requests.

Availability and changes

Services may be interrupted, changed, or discontinued. We do not guarantee continuous availability or error-free automation. These terms may be updated as the service changes; the effective date appears below. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
