Privacy policy

Excell Media USA may collect limited technical information such as browser type, pages viewed, referral information, and advertising click identifiers to understand site performance and measure advertising activity. We do not sell personal information.

Prometheus Agent and Google account data

Prometheus Agent is Excell Media USA's internal automation application. It connects Google accounts authorized by their owners to help manage business correspondence, affiliate approval tracking, and workbook reconciliation. Visiting this website does not connect your Google account.

Depending on the permissions granted and the workflow authorized by the account owner, the application accesses Gmail messages, sender and recipient details, attachments, and Google Drive files and spreadsheets. Workflows may read and organize email, prepare or send authorized correspondence, and read or update files and spreadsheet records. For accounts that authorize Calendar access, the application also reads calendar events and scheduling details for internal scheduling assistance. Access is limited to the connected accounts and the permissions granted through Google.

Use, storage, and processing

Google account data is used for the internal workflows described above. Relevant information may be stored in operational workbooks, task records, and automation logs. Automation, hosting, and AI service providers may process information as needed to carry out an authorized workflow; this is not a promise that data stays exclusively on the account owner's computer.

Google account data must not be sold, used for advertising targeting, or used to train general-purpose AI models. Access and sharing are restricted to what is necessary for authorized functionality, security, or legal obligations. Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs must adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Control and deletion requests

You can stop future Google access by removing Prometheus Agent from your Google Account connections. Revoking access does not automatically delete existing emails, workbooks, or operational records. To request deletion of retained application data or ask about retention, contact excellmediausa@gmail.com. Records needed for ongoing authorized workflows or legal obligations may need to be retained.
